Evil Dead: Regeneration is a game in which the gameplay is observed from a third person view. It alludes to the movies of the same name. The player takes on the role of Ashley Ash J. Williams. Ash discovers that the on-site psychiatrist Dr. Vingo Reinchard carries out a series of suspicious experiments in the basement of the building. He tries to take possession of the power of the Book of the Dead known as the Necronomicon.
